Love at First SightIn our first Newsletter in November 1997 we asked about "Love at First Sight" and here is a reply from Eduardo in Brazil: Hi! This is my first participation in the Newsletter, I'm glad for the opportunity and would like you to excuse my barbarian english... Well... let's talk about love! This exists! I know! It has happened to me! .... a long time ago :( but I hope it come to me again :) Let me tell you how it was... It happened in 1991. I was finishing my school and I saw her... That year was very difficult for me.. I was suffering of depression (later I discovered that). She had been studying at the next class all the year but I didn't know her. She was very beautiful and I still can't realize how I haven't seen her before. It was lunch time and as usual I got out of class and was going to the snack bar, you know I wanted to eat something. When I came out of the classroom, we had a crash. She was leaving her class at the same time. It was a real crash because at this time I was weighing about 100 kilograms and I think it hurt her. So I raised my head and looked at her beautiful face, she was the most wonderful creature I have ever met in that school. I was paralyzed... then she said: " I'm sorry.. I didn't see you." I was a very introspective boy and didn't say a word. Then she went her way and I went my way too, behind her.... I never expressed my feelings and after one year the love was gone... It could be better but it could be worse.. I liked to feel this, I think the feelings are the most important things in our life because they turn the life colorful. See you
